is it running?
every loop of the engine reports a heartbeat. the house engines are checked every 5 minutes. if something stops, it shows here before anyone has to ask. refreshes every minute.

paused means the operator switched that engine off on purpose. it keeps its record and opens no new calls until it is switched back on. a paused engine is not an outage.
states: ok ran on time · retrying the last run failed, the next one retries · failing 3 failed runs in a row · stale missed 3 runs. open calls never depend on a loop being up at a given minute: entries and exits come from exchange candles, so a late run settles the same way.
